ICCI is led by Pastors Marlon and Charina Quiambao, who are directly accountable to their mother church, Vienna Christian Center (VCC),  through Pastor Larry Manuel, Senior Pastor of the VCC Filipino Fellowship and Pastor Larry Henderson, Senior Pastor of the VCC.

They are assisted by the following ministry coordinators:

Amada Celemen – Ushering Ministry

Myrna Roos – Children’s Ministry

Estela Leuenberger – Hospitality Ministry

Evelyn Moser  – Treasurer

The other ministries are currently coordinated by the Pastors themselves.
